“I can’t actually cope with all this work!!”

First, a snippet from this wonderful email I received from H last week. For context, H is a senior living designer who enquired about working together two years ago, wanting to diversify her client base and protect herself from any changes that might come — for example, the care group she was working with closing or going in a different direction.
